Emma’s use of free writing and poetic form makes this an ideal workshop for everyone, from beginners with no experience of writing poetry to seasoned writers. Emma a multi award winning writer and performer. Much of her writing and spoken word is semi-autobiographical. Emma takes pride in being close to vulnerability and truth in her work.

Sessions are fun & relaxed, combining movement, breathing and laughter exercises.

No downward dogs in this yoga, it's all about having a good laugh and releasing endorphins.
