We look forward to welcoming you to our eclectic mix of in person and zoom sessions. 

On Wednesday 9th October MFC brings you the Dragon Café in the City project in collaboration with Shoe Lane Library and the City of London.  

As summer turns to Autumn: Print, Stretch, Create…

12:15pm (30 mins): Standing Stretch

Reenergise your day and stretch with Anya, Balance Garden. Wear your usual clothes.

In person at Shoe Lane Library and via Zoom.

1pm (60mins): Harvest Printing 

Use vegetables & fruit as decorative stamps to create patterns on a tote bag to keep or give to a friend.

In person at Shoe Lane Library.

2:30pm (60mins): Relax & Create: Drop in

Stay on or drop in for this self-led sociable afternoon, with origami & Lego. Materials provided.

5pm (45mins): Qi Gong

Restorative, relaxing session with therapist & teacher Aitan Gardoni.

This ancient practice combines gentle movement, mindful breathing, and meditation to improve your circulation & boost energy. No experience needed. 2nd of 3 sessions.

6pm (60mins): Drawing Breath

Join artist Vanessa Lawrence for this relaxed life drawing workshop. Make swift sketches & longer drawings of a clothed model. No experience needed. Top tips and art materials provided.
