12:15PM (30 MINS) - DIY Massage
Focus on yourself and learn how to soothe those aches & pains. With sports massage therapist Leonie Lawson.

1PM (60 MINS) - Herbs for the Skin
Learn how to use herbs to support skin health with Nat, Hackney Herbal. As part of the session, you can make an herb-infused lip balm to take home.

2:15PM (90 MINS) - Relax & Create
Drop in for this self-led sociable session. Bring a ukulele or acoustic guitar to jam. Mindful drawing. Read a newspaper or have a game of chess.

5PM (50 MINS) - Yoga
Chillout at the end of your day with this relaxed session. Anya, Balance Garden will guide you with gentle movements, postures and breathwork. No experience needed. Wear comfy clothes.

6PM (45 MINS) - Breathing Space: Introduction to Meditation
Learn techniques & tools to help bring a sense of peace and harmony into your life. With experienced practitioner Shweta O’Shea. Beginners and those with experience all welcome.
