On Wednesday 22nd November MFC brings you the Dragon Café in the City project in collaboration with Shoe Lane Library and the City of London. Join us for a fantastic mix of events online and in person!
11am -2pm: Pop in with City of London Transport
Pop in and find out more about the City of London Transport Strategy and to have your say.
12.15pm (30 mins): DIY Massage
Take time out of your day and learn how to sooth your tired muscles. With sports massage therapist Leonie Lawson.

1pm (60 mins): Herbal Soaks and Scrubs
Make & take herbal soak or scrub workshop with Nat from Hackney Herbal. Use natural ingredients and herbs to make your own selfcare products. These bath soaks and body scrubs can be used to cleanse, soothe, and restore your skin. You can choose to make a body scrub for your face, body, scalp, or beard. Bring a clean jam jar with lid for your product.

2:30pm (90 mins): Relax & Create: Drop In
Stay on or drop in for this self-led creative afternoon. With Lego, origami and drawing materials.

6pm (45 mins): Qi Gong
Combining slow graceful movements with mental concentration. Is said to help improve posture, strength, and respiratory function. No experience needed. With Tony, Balance Garden

7.30pm (75 mins): Unidentified Meaningful Objects
Make small, wrapped objects with hand stitched fabrics. Conceal or reveal your concerns in the meaningful objects you make. Explore methods of building up layers of fabrics and found objects, as you learn creative processes from artist Cas Holmes.
