12 noon – 2pm: City of London Healthy Streets Drop-In
Drop In information and advice with City of London Healthy Streets team, encouraging walking and cycling in the City!
12:15pm (30 mins) - Self Massage:
We all get aches & pains. Learn how to calm them down, with simple techniques. With sports massage expert Leonie Lawson.
Wear your usual clothes. No experience necessary. Massage oil provided.

1pm (60mins) - Writing for Wellbeing:
Join our pressure-free workshop led by Wordsmiths. Have fun with writing and share your stories. A mix of structured writing activities and games to enable you to create and share fictional and true stories based on your own experiences. Wordsmiths' workshops are designed to be inclusive of all abilities and experiences - the goal for each attendee isn't to create a perfectly worded masterpiece, the goal is to feel more confident and creative - and to enjoy yourself!

2pm (90 mins) - Paint and Relax: Drop In!
Drop into Shoe Lane Library for a relaxed, self-led painting session using watercolours. Practise techniques, work on your own project, or copy pieces from some of the library’s art books – feel free to get creative!

Combining slow graceful movements with mental concentration, this ancient Chinese practise is said to help improve posture, strength, and respiratory function.
With Tony from Balance Garden. No experience required. Wear loose comfortable clothes. 1st in series of 5 workshops

7:30pm - (60mins)- Felt Patchwork:
Join Helen Burridge for hand stitching inspiration based on visible mending and repair work.
Use a felted wool jumper to make a needle case and personalise with embroidery stitches and appliqued textiles.
