12:00pm – 12:30pm- Mindfulness For Everyday:
Join us for this short, guided meditation, plus some tips to support us through the week with a smile. With Suzette Jones, Wellbeing Advisor and Registered Nurse, MSc in mental health.

1pm – 2pm- Tools towards being more resilient:
A practical posture, breathing and vocal workshop led by Suzi Zumpe, Creative Director, of the award-winning ENO Breathe programme.
This session provides effective tools and techniques that can be put to use straight away to help you get comfortable with being uncomfortable and gain tools to help you better face complexity. So many of us are trying to juggle the unmanageable: doing three tasks at once - and we expect to succeed at everything. In response to pressure, we often seek to avoid difficult scenarios, or feel overwhelmed. Join Suzi for this special lunchtime session.
3pm- 4:30pm- Read & Relax: Guilty Pleasures vs Assigned Reads:
From the paperbacks we can't put down to the classics we'd rather not tackle, we'll be discussing the books we love and the books we've been told to love in this relaxed reading conversation group!

6pm – 7pm- Yoga for Mental Health:
Gentle yoga focusing on easing tension from the body and relaxing the mind. The perfect way to winddown at the end of the day. With Marina from Balance Garden. Suitable for all levels of experience.
