From December until March, Mental Fight Club and Self Management UK will be working together on a new joint Winter Project.


In the mornings, Self Management UK will be supporting people with their mental wellbeing, with the opportunity to connect with others, advising how to overcome some of the challenges and barriers life may throw at you, how to communicate what you need, how to pace yourself and bring better balance in your life.


In the afternoon, Mental Fight Club will offer a range of creative activities to get you inspired such as singing, art, dancing and mindfulness. 


Both of the organisations are peer-led with tutors who know the challenges people face and embrace the similarities we share.

Courses

There will be six courses that you are welcome to attend.

Online courses will be taking place on Mondays
In Person courses will be taking place on Tuesdays

Self Management will be delivering the same information in each course, so please chose one Self Management course to attend.

The Dragon Café and Mental Fight Club workshops will vary and you are welcome to attend as many as you like.

Unfortunately, due to Omicron, we had to move the live events online for the safety of everyone concerned. We will update you as soon as we know when we will be able to have live events.
