12.15pm (30 mins): Laughter Therapy
Leisurely, energising laughter therapy with laughter leader, Patricia Byrne. Designed to lift the mood and calm the mind.

1pm & 2pm (45 mins): Guided Walk: Fire of London
Explore significant locations and stories inspired by the Fire of London, with heritage guide David Laird. Pausing at Paternoster Square, St Pauls Cathedral, Golden Boy at Pye Corner, & Greyfrairs Church garden. Stay on for a cuppa & creative workshop in the library.
Two time slots available. Please only book one slot.

2pm & 3pm (45mins): Illuminated Tea Lights
Make illuminated tea lights inspired by the Fire of London walk with artist Wendy Scott.

5.30pm (60 mins): Starting With Nothing, Working With Everything
A practical poetry writing workshop for the beginner and the experienced, where participants will be given simple prompts to create new, exciting and surprising poems. With playwright & poet Timothy Fox.

6.30pm (45 mins): Breathing Space: Introduction to Meditation
Learn techniques & tools to help bring a sense of peace and harmony into your life. With experienced practitioner Shweta O’Shea. Beginners and those with experience all welcome.
