Reenergise your day and stretch with Anya, Balance Garden. Wear your usual clothes.

12pm (60mins): Drop-in Drawing
Chill out in your lunchtime and draw. With artist Wendy Scott. Drawing materials provided or bring your own.

1pm (60mins): Sleep Talk
Let’s talk about sleep. Need some top tips and strategies for getting into good habits for sleeping better? From brain dumping and square breathing, to bedtime routines and even cherry juice…come join Najah Ismael & Darren Nullatamby, SECCTA to explore sleep together.

Singing Bowls Sound Bath
Himalayan Singing bowls produce unique low-frequency sonorous sounds. A sense of deep relaxation is produced which can help relieve fatigue and stress. The aroma of essential oils will enhance this calming experience. Wear warm clothes to lie down or sit comfortably. With Zoe So, singing bowls & aromatherapy practitioner.
