Session 1: 12.15pm – 12.35pm repeated at Session 2: 12.45pm – 1.05pm
Move away from your computer for 20 minutes to stand and stretch your back, neck and shoulders with Anja, Balance Garden. This short session is designed to stretch those tense muscles, boost energy and reenergise your day. Come in your usual clothes. No experience necessary.

Due to the train strike, the walk with Eloise Hawser is now postponed until the new year.
3pm (90mins) -Read and Relax: Something to Smile About
Come along to our casual reading and chat group as we read short extracts and play a few puzzles - guaranteed to leave you feeling positive!
6pm-(45mins)- Slow Stretch NEW
Shake off the tension at the end of the day with this new workshop led by Marina, Balance Garden. Start off with some easy breathing exercises, then move onto a relaxed blend of standing and seated stretches designed to increase flexibility and sooth the mind. No experience necessary.
7:30pm-(75mins)- Writing for Wellbeing
Join our pressure-free workshop led by Naomi Smith, founder of Wordsmiths. Have fun with writing and share your stories. A mix of structured writing activities and games to enable you to create and share fictional and true stories based on your own experiences. Wordsmiths' workshops are designed to be inclusive of all abilities and experiences - the goal for each attendee isn't to create a perfectly worded masterpiece, the goal is to feel more confident and creative - and to enjoy yourself!
