Come in from the cold and warm up with our hot fruit punch drink ahead of our Seasonal Singing.

12pm (60mins) - Seasonal Singing:
Join us one and all as we sing seasonal songs together. A mix of classic carols, plus original winter songs by the Dragon Cafe Singers and Daniel O'Byrne. With Vivien (Dragon Cafe song leader), and Daniel (songwriter/guitarist). Heart-warming, whether you sing, or sit back and listen.

1:30pm (60 mins)- Winter Tonics:
Herbal Remedies and top tips to keep us healthy over the winter months with Nat from Hackney Herbal. We’ll all make an herbal infused vinegar; look at herbs used to support the immune system & simple remedies for coughs & colds.
Please bring your own small jam jar with lid or Kilner jar & a bag to take it home.
15:00 (90mins) - Read and Relax: Drop In!
Come along for a chat and a read at Shoe Lane Library for this relaxed seasonal session. We’ll be reading some extracts, doing a puzzle or two and have the kettle on. Perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

6pm-(45mins)- Slow Stretch
Shake off the tension at the end of the day with this new workshop led by Marina, Balance Garden. Start off with some easy breathing exercises, then move onto a relaxed blend of standing and seated stretches designed to increase flexibility and sooth the mind. No experience necessary.
