Breathe. Read. Draw.

As we spring forward into April, we invite you to join us for a mindful mix of sessions via zoom so you can join us from wherever you are.

 

12:00pm – 12:30pm- Mindful Meditation:

Whether you are curious about what mindfulness is or you want to take a lunchtime breather, join Victoria John, Mindfulness Teacher and Actor for this relaxed session. Simple practises and tools designed to help support you through the week.

1:00pm – 2:00pm: Drawing Spring with Shelly Wain

Take inspiration from the beauty of the natural world and embrace Spring with artist Shelly Wain. Observational drawing inspired by wildlife. No experience necessary. (2nd of 3 in this mini-series of relaxed drawing workshops).

Suggested materials: paper & pencil, coloured pencils, pens or watercolours – whatever you have is fine.

3pm- 4:30pm -Read and Relax: Shelf Help

Join us for this friendly activity group to discuss the world of self-help books, and explore how our endless quest for self-improvement found its way to bestseller charts everywhere.

6pm- 7pm- Yoga for Mental Health:

Gentle yoga focusing on easing tension from the body and relaxing the mind. The perfect way to wind down at the end of the day. With Marina from Balance Garden. Suitable for all levels of experience.
