9:30am - 12:00pm: Self Management UK Course 6

Self Management UK will be supporting people with their mental wellbeing, with the opportunity to connect with others, advising how to overcome some of the challenges and barriers life may throw at you, how to communicate what you need, how to pace yourself and bring better balance in your life.

12:30pm – 2:00pmPoetry Workshop with Annie Hayter

During our workshop together, we'll be delving into the many ways that poetry can help us to process our emotions, thinking about how we might be kind to ourselves through writing.  We'll explore poems, songs and images, using them as inspirational prompts for our own writing. The workshop will be an open and welcoming space for you to dive into the wonder of your imagination, and to figure some of your thoughts on the page. With Annie Hayter, London Writers’ Awardee for Poetry.

2:30pm - 3:30pm: Tools Towards Being More Resilient

A practical breathing, vocal and posture workshop led by Suzi Zumpe, Creative Director, of the award winning ENO Breathe programme.

Many of us are trying to juggle the unmanageable: doing three tasks at once - and we expect to succeed at everything. In response to pressure, we may seek to avoid difficult scenarios, or feel overwhelmed.  You will gain tools and techniques, to better face complexity and continue to get the best out of yourself, whilst enabling those around you to do the same.

This workshop is inspired by ideas developed for the award-winning ENO Breathe programme.
