9:30am - 12:00pm: Self Management UK Course 4
Self Management UK will be supporting people with their mental wellbeing, with the opportunity to connect with others, advising how to overcome some of the challenges and barriers life may throw at you, how to communicate what you need, how to pace yourself and bring better balance in your life.
12:30pm – 2:00pm: Poetry Writing with Annie Hayter
During our workshop together, we'll be exploring the many ways that poetry can help us to process our feelings and experiences, thinking about how we might be gentle with ourselves in the world today. Across the session, we'll consider songs and poems about different forms of love and care, using them as inspiration for our writing. This workshop will be a safe, welcoming space for you to delve into the wonder of your imagination, and to unfurl some of your thoughts on the page. With Annie Hayter, London Writers’ Awardee for Poetry.

2:30pm - 3:30pm: Tools Towards Being More Resilient with Suzi Zumpe
Inspired by ideas developed for the award-winning ENO Breathe programme, in this session you will learn posture, breathing and vocal techniques to help you get comfortable with being uncomfortable. You will gain tools to help you better face complexity and to continue to get the best out of yourself, whilst enabling those around you to do the same.
Many of us are trying to juggle the unmanageable: we are dealing with pandemic-related stress, large workloads, unprecedented pressure, doing three tasks at once - and we expect to succeed at everything despite it all. In response to pressure, we often seek to avoid difficult scenarios, or feel overwhelmed.
This practical session provides simple and effective tools and techniques that can be put to use straight away to enable you to get the most from yourself and to connect with those around you.
All sessions will take place on the same Zoom link
